If you're looking for an easy way to integrate your portal, this is the place. Let's begin.
Head over to your Shopify Admin dashboard and select Online Store -> Themes -> Customize. Make sure that you customize your Current theme.
Head over to the Footer section (by pressing on the Footer in the left-hand sidebar).
Press the Add block button to add a Menu block. You can see the same on the screenshot.
You will see the menu appear in the Footer. Press on the menu, and then follow the link next to Footer menu. This will take you to a Shopify screen where you can easily add in the Returns item to the Menu, as seen on the following screenshots.

The link you will use for the Returns item can be grabbed from the Returns Portal -> Customizations section. Just press the Copy Link button to grab it, as shown in the image below.
Now we have our Returns item added to the Menu. Let's Save the menu and make sure that this is live in our Shopify theme.
We can see that this is now live and our Footer contains the Returns item. This item will redirect all of your customers to your Rich Returns portal. We can easily confirm this by heading over to the live preview of our website.
And yes, we're back again looking at Scooby Doo's portal. Done!
