As always, we begin with the first step. Let's go:
Head over to Configuration -> Translations.
You will there see that you're able to select a language from the dropdown menu. Choose the language that you want to edit. In my case, I'm editing the English version of my portal.
Search for the text you want to edit. You can scroll down the page to review all the fields you can edit or simply search with CTRL+F (Windows) or CMD+F (Mac). Once you've found it, make your desired changes.
Once you've made sure that you've made the desired changes, let's check the button to Activate the language on the returns portal. This will ensure that the changes you've made are live on the portal. Save changes.
If you also want to make the language you're editing the Default language, check the box to Make this the default language. This language will appear each time the system fails to recognize the language your customers are using as their default browser language.
To make sure that our changes are live, let's head over to Returns Portal -> Customization -> Open Returns Portal. If we did everything right, we should see the changes shining bright!
And that's it. In a few easy steps, you learned how to edit the language on your portal.
