We have your back with our tutorial here. Let's dive right in. πŸ‘‡πŸ»

  1. Let's head over to Returns portal -> Customizations where all our customizations live. Here we can take a look at how we can impact our portal's style and beauty:

    1. You can see that we have the following information, already populated for us so no need to worry about the Brand name, Store URL, Shopify Store URL or the Unique identifier.

    2. Next, let's add our Contact email - this is where your customers can reach you when they most need your help.

    3. Contact URL (optional) - enable this option if you want to replace your contact email with a URL that will take your customers there directly. Proceed with caution.

    4. Disable "Return to store" header (optional) - only disable this if you don't want your customers to be able to return to your store from the Returns portal.

    5. "Return policy" banner (optional) - enable this option if you want a link to your returns policy page on your portal landing page.

    6. Disable Powered By RichReturns (optional) - there's a small mark in the bottom corner that celebrates Rich Returns. Remove it at your own risk (if you really must).

    7. Now comes the fun part - images. First, Favicon - upload a Favicon if you feel like it.

    8. Logo - also optional but highly recommended. Limited to .jpg, .png and .svg and a filesize of 1mb maximum.

    9. Background image - also optional. Limited to the same file formats and 2mb filesize.

    10. Next stop, we have colors. You can mix and match and play around to get the perfect color combination that suits your brand. In here, we have the Background color, Button color, Button text color, Header/Footer text color and Customer Incentives Badge Color.

    11. Last but not least, the Header/Footer font size and Font Style. It's all you here!

And that's all for Scooby's portal. The final result? Behold:

Nice, clean and slick. Scooby Doo always had style.
