Well, you're based in the US, Germany, China, etc. and the shipping fee is covered for domestic customers. However, you have a different policy for international customers and would like to set this up in Rich Returns? Proceed with reading.

Our Advanced Rules feature is perfect for this. This rule would be based on the order country not being your domestic country. It would look similar to this:

Now you can do your magic and set up so you can have a custom label fee for these special customers or let them be the ones responsible for the shipping!
