You're probably here because you've noticed that a label failed to generate because of a missing origin country code.

πŸ‘ŽπŸ» The error message is damningly similar to this one:

XYZ: Origin Country code is missing for following product(s): The Classic Denim Jacket. Please check product(s) custom information in your Shopify store. (label could not be created & sent to customer)

This just means that the product in question is missing the Country/Region of Origin information in Shopify. This information is crucial when creating a label for international returns, hence, is required.

To fix this error, head over to your Shopify store, then Orders. Locate and select the order in question, then where the Customer information click on the thee dots in the top right corner of the pane and click Edit shipping address. Update the Country/region field and you're done.

Now, when you go back to regenerate the label - well, you know. The label will generate. πŸ₯³
