This brand-new partnership allows brands on Shopify to bring the request return functionality, configured in the merchant’s Rich Returns admin, accessed by the Shop app.

To start, Rich Returns (https://apps.shopify.com/rich-returns) will need to be installed in the merchant’s existing Shopify store.

This means all returns requested in the Rich Returns Shop Mini will now have multi-channel use across a brand’s storefront on both their online store and in the Shop app.
