Step 1: Connect UPS with Rich Returns in Integrations.

Head over to Account -> Integrations where you'll see the UPS logo. Press 'Connect' and you'll be redirected to the UPS website. Simply log in and the connection should be established.

Step 2: Choose UPS as shipping platform and enter billing account number.

Head over to Return settings -> General -> Pre-Paid Return Label (automatic) -> Configure. From there, you'll be able to choose UPS as the Shipping Platform, enter your billing account number. Follow the link to be redirected to the UPS website you'll be able to find your billing account number.

Step 3. Select the service rates that you support.

I selected Standard and Ground but make sure to select whichever service rate your company supports.
