You can set up your prepaid label integration with EasyPost by following this easy tutorial. Let's go!

  1. Head over to the EasyPost website where you can sign up. If you already have an account, simply sign in here.

  2. Setup your payment method so you're able to generate prepaid labels successfully. Please note that this can be an issue if no funds are available on the payment method you set up.

  3. Add your carrier account or select one of EasyPost's existing carrier accounts once you have signed up: https://www.easypost.com/account/carriers.

  4. Once you have set up your carrier settings, we need to connect to Rich Returns.

You can find your EasyPost API Key here. Look for the 'Production API key' and copy it. It's extremely important that you copy your Production key and not the Test one.

  5. Once you have your API Key, head to your Rich Returns Dashboard. Next stop: Integrations (1) -> Carriers (2) -> EasyPost (Edit Settings) (3).

  6. In the next window, paste the API Key we copied from the EasyPost dashboard in Step 4.

  7. Once we moved that out of our way, let's select the carrier and service rate we're using. Head over to Configuration -> Prepaid Labels and press the Edit button on your previously setup EasyPost service.

Select the Carrier (1) and the Service Rate (2) and fill in the Package Dimensions (3) and the Empty Box Weight (4). That's it!

  8. Final step but equally important: do not forget to enable the Pre-Paid Return Label (automatic). Go over to Configuration -> Returns -> Return Methods and make sure to check the box next to the desired method.

We're done! That was Easy(Post). Get it? 😂
