Add a credit card to the account here.
Add your carrier account here.
If you use one of Shippo's existing carrier accounts, make sure it is enabled on this page
If you want to connect your carrier contract, click on "Connect Carrier Account" in the top right corner and then search for your carrier.
Generate a live API key here in Shippo.
Once you have your key pasted, let's go back to Rich Returns. In your dashboard, go to Configuration -> Returns -> Configure pre-paid labels -> Setup. Select Shippo as the Shipping Platform and enter in your API key.
Select the Carrier and the Service Rate you're looking for. Do not forget to enter in your Package dimensions and the Empty box weight.
Final step but equally important: do not forget to enable the Pre-Paid Return Label (automatic). This will enable you and your customers to select the option and generate the label during the returns process.
