Your all-in-one Rich Returns dashboard supports Tracking. This is supported for Shippo, ShipStation and EasyPost.
What does this mean? The Return Status will automatically be updated to Shipped and Received when tracking events from Shippo/EasyPost/ShipStation are received as shipped/delivered.
Where do I find this, and how can I enable it? Go to Configuration -> Prepaid Labels -> Edit or Add new carrier -> Auto-Tracking.
