Auto-Tracking is now available for ShipStation. Let's learn how to set this up:
Head over to Configuration -> Prepaid Labels -> Add new carrier (first screenshot).

If you already have ShipStation set up, then you don't need to add a new carrier. Simply edit your ShipStation settings (second screenshot).
Now that we have ShipStation set up, let's edit those settings to make sure we turn on Auto-Tracking. Let's Enable Auto-Tracking (1) and copy the link (2).
Once we have our link, let's head over to our ShipStation settings. We need to head over to Account -> Integration partners. If you want a shortcut, press here. Once we're there, our next station is Webhooks -> Connect, as shown in my screenshot.
You did not copy that link for nothing. Now's the time to use it. Let's create our webhook.
1. Name/Description: It can be whatever you like. Use your creativity here.
2. Select On Items Shipped from the dropdown menu. This will ensure that you receive timely updates on your returns.
3. All stores. Period.
4. Paste the link that you copied from your Rich Returns interface. This is the URL where the updates will be sent.
5. Save. When done, it should look identically to the screenshot below.
