Head over to Integrations -> Platforms from your Rich Returns dashboard. Here's a quick route to it: take me there.
Once you're there, you will see the Shop minis platform section where you'll be able to activate Rich Returns for your Shop. That's it!
To verify that everything's working as expected, you can go ahead and create a test order and fulfill it. You can follow the steps for creating a test order here.
Once you have your test order, you can enter into your Shop app and open your order history. You will see a button to Start a Return.
