Sometimes, a question is not enough. And you want to ask two. Or more. And you wonder how? Wonder no more.

It's fairly easy to set up multiple questions in Rich Returns and them to your customers' journey. Let's get started!

  1. Head over to Configuration (1) -> Returns (2) -> Customize customer journey (3).

  2. You will see that you have several options here:

    1. Customize the existing note (4). This note can be made required or optional and you can easily customize the text there, as shown in the screenshot below.

    2. You can also Add (5) new questions to the customers' journey. These questions can be in the form of a Note, Checkbox or a Radio-button, as displayed on the screenshot below:

      You can also make them optional or required, similarly to the note we encountered previously. Let's create a question with a radio button style and ask the customer to answer it throughout their returns submission. I've created mine and it will look like the one below:

  3. Last but not least, let's see how our note and newly created question look for our customer. Grab a test order and enter the portal using your order number and email address. I did exactly that and can see that I have successfully created my desired questions:

  4. As soon as this return has been submitted, you will be able to see the additional information provided by your customers in the Returns dashboard, by visiting the Manage section of the return:

And that's it! Extract valuable information from your customers to help improve their returns experience.
