Well, if you are wondering whether the order will still be eligible if it is modified or canceled, we've got you covered.

  • if an order is modified - the order will still be eligible for a return on the portal, bearing in mind that the products that were canceled will show up as non-returnable

  • if an order is canceled - the order is not eligible for a return in the Rich Returns portal.
