You can choose which inventory you'd like Rich Returns to use when your customers exchange items. You can find the specifics when heading to Return settings -> Exchanges -> Variant Exchanges -> Enable Variant Exchanges with locations.

ℹ️ The locations in the dropdown menu are the ones already created in your Shopify store.
