Let's begin:
You will see that all carrier integrations can be found in Integrations -> Carriers. You'll be able to find it in Configuration -> Prepaid Labels, as shown in the screenshot below.

Once we're there, let's configure our carrier settings.

Choose the carrier that you want to add and press on the Get Started button to begin configuring your integration. Follow the instructions on screen. You can also find our guides here.
βOnce our carrier/shipper has been set up, and we Save, let's head over to Configuration -> Prepaid Labels.

βOn our screen, we can see that we have Carrier/Shipper information that you entered. We also support the following settings.
Default: If you support multiple carriers, then you'll have the option to choose the default one. This will be the default used for all of your returns.
Edit: Edit your existing configuration.
Delete: Delete your existing configuration.
Use cheapest carrier: By checking this box, our system will try and apply the cheapest carrier/rate across all of your configurations for each return.

As a last step, do not forget to turn this option ON for your customers. You can do that by heading over to Configuration -> Returns -> Return Methods -> Pre-Paid Return Label (automatic).
