You want to set up different carriers and make sure that your customers around the world enjoy a tailored, amazing experience? Look no more. You've come to the right place! πŸ‘πŸ»

Let's begin:

  1. You will see that all prepaid label configurations have been moved to a new section. You'll be able to find it in Configuration -> Prepaid Labels, as shown in the screenshot below.

  2. Once we're there, let's choose the Add new carrier button. You're not having a deja-vu, don't worry - it's the same modal we used to configure labels back in the day. Let's choose our preferred carrier/shipper and configure them based on the guides we have here.

  3. Once our carrier/shipper has been set up, and we Save, we'll see that our table got populated with the Carrier/Shipper information.

  4. On our screen, we can see that we have Carrier/Shipper information that you entered. We also support the following settings.

    1. Default: If you support multiple carriers, then you'll have the option to choose the default one. This will be the default used for all of your returns.

    2. Edit: Edit your existing configuration.

    3. Delete: Delete your existing configuration.

    4. Use cheapest carrier: By checking this box, our system will try and apply the cheapest carrier/rate across all of your configurations for each return.

  5. As a last step, do not forget to turn this option ON for your customers. You can do that by heading over to Configuration -> Returns -> Return Methods -> Pre-Paid Return Label (automatic).

That's it. You and your customers are set for the logistics journey of a lifetime. πŸ“©
